Interface Design of Gray Encoder and Single-chip Microcomputer 格雷码(Gray)编码器与单片机的接口设计
This paper briefly introduced a basic principle of rotor position detection for synchronous motor based on Gray code shaft encoder. A realization method of initial positioning is also provided. 本文简要叙述了基于格雷码式编码器同步电动机转子位置检测的工作原理,给出了初始定位的实现方法。
The number of tracks increasing responds positively to the accuracy of the traditional Gray coding disk, which is against the miniaturization of angle encoder. Besides, the higher the technology is, the higher the cost is. 传统格雷编码盘当精度要求较高时,码道也相应增多,不利于角度传感器的小型化,并且对于精度高的格雷码盘,工艺要求高,成本很高。
